The role is to determines staffing, financial, material and other short- and long-term requirements.

Manages general upkeep, maintenance and security of the properties amenities.

Makes sure that the amenities meet health and safety standards and legal requirements.

Conducts or arranges for structural surveys of properties and undertakes any necessary valuations of property and deals with planning applications.

Negotiates property purchases and sales or leases and tenancy agreements and arranges legal formalities with solicitors, building societies and other parties.

Deals and liaises with tenants complaints and resolve any issues faced by the tenants.

Bricklayer


Summary of job description:

The role is to examines drawings, photographs and specifications to determine job requirements.

Accurate measuring and setting out of area for first row of bricks.Marks and cuts stone using hammers and chisels.

Spreads mortar on foundations and bricks, and places,levels and aligns bricks in mortar bed.

Re-pointing work,build and repair brick walls and chimney stacks.

Mixing mortar.

Plasterers



Summary of job description:

The role is for rendering an interior wall, patch plastering and plaster repairs.

Hang sheets to protect doors and windows from wet plaster and remove light switch covers.

Applies and smoothes one or more coats of plaster and produces a finished surface, using hand tools or mixture tools.

Covers and seals joints between boards and finishes surface, checks surface level using line, spirit level and straight edge.

Summary of job description:

The role is to selects and measures appropriate wood and cuts, shapes and drills to specification using saws, planes, chisels and other power or hand tools.

First and second fix joinery, flooring, stud portioning and fitting work. Replacing Fascias & Soffits.

Make andassemble doors, windows frames , staircase and fitted furniture.
